- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆this so called travel agency never picks up the phone, and it turns out they are not in Alice Springs at all, they are actually in Brisbane. Bad customer service, the only staff seem to speak bad English when they respond to emails, and are never available to speak to by phone. The phone number always goes straight to voicemail.
